Gio Dee has been Creating Hits Everyone Feels (C.H.E.F.) in the east & West coast

Since 2010, Boston-bred talent has been C.H.E.F. with his fellow Chef Boys. His 2015 single "Mind Yo Business" garnered national attention when Jerry Purpdrank shared it on Vine that ultimately went viral.

Under this newfound spotlight, Gio released the Mind Yo Business EP in 2015 with production by MetroBomming and TM788, as well as guest appearances by Bay Area native IAMSU! and Atlanta newcomer Madeintyo. Since then, Gio Dee has turned to become the most promising rap star in Boston. He is a dedicated and hardworking artist who keeps on blessing his fans. With almost seven thousand YouTube subscribers and 20K+ Instagram followers, Gio Dee continues to gain popularity with his projects. "Now that my son gonna shine, they throwin shade"-one of the inspiring lines in Never Going Back that shows his dedication to provide for his son.

Gio Dee was born on 8th March 1992 in Boston where he grew up. His passion for music started when he was still young, but took it seriously in high school. After graduating, Dee enrolled at Boston University, where he decided to major in audio engineering, a course that led to his passion. His first project in school was the "Money Money Money," which drew attention across the regio. Because people inspired him to rap, he continued to release freestyle hits, and unfortunately, he dropped out of college. Gio Dee grew up being a huge krumping fan as he was part of a dance crew that included famous rappers in Boston. Gio Dee founded Chef Boyz, a Boston area music group. His work titled "Never Going Back" shows the fulfillment of sharing his past struggles with the Chef Boyz group, while remaining optimistic for a bright future. Gio Dee has released a good number of songs that have gotten a lot of traction.

He acquired national attention when his hit song Mind Yo Business hit over 1 million views on YouTube.

Other significant songs that have gained him a lot of popularity include Colours, Hoodbaby Chef, Buzz Lightyear, Save Yourself, and many more. The latest release, BLM, features Polo $ummers.
